Watch out - I believe this is a poorly run and unethical business.

This Bank Holds my mortgage under its subsidiary Carnegie Mortgage. They sent me a bill for temporary Homeowners insurance for over $2,900.

After proving to them that my insurance company had sent them a bill, which they should have paid out of my escrow account, they still would not return the money.

I have reported them to the Department of Banking and Insurance as well as the Department of the Comptroller of currency, via the Attorney Generals office. I will be pursuing legal action if they do not return the money they took from my escrow account.
