We address indirect civil contempt of court with a focus on child custody. If you live in Johnson or a surrounding county of Indiana, 1 call will allow us to be there for your family and children. What we can verify: Civil Issues • Parent not showing up for exchange/denied visitation • Parent not informed about child’s doctor visits • Telling children information contrary to their religion • Children sleeping at babysitters' during scheduled parenting time • Child sent to babysitter without parent being offered additional parenting time • Child being put on speakerphone • Phone calls to child not being answered • Bad mouthing in front of children • Nasty text messages, letters, or emails • Child’s property/clothing being destroyed or missing upon return from visitation • Instances of parental alienation • Strangers showing up for parenting exchange without notice • Parents not bringing child for their extracurricular activity • Parents removing child from extracurricular activity or pre-school • Parent snatching child • Parent not paying medical bills, school lunches, or other agreed items • Any type of false allegations • Any broken agreement • Any co-parenting dilemma • And more… Criminal Issues (We will be there to verify and call police if laws are broken). • Not using car seats • Violating restraining orders • Suspected drinking or drug use around child

Responder Visits: Sometimes it takes another set of eyes to set someone straight. We'd be honored for our presence to make things right again. Other times, you just need a third party to validate what you say. Rather than pay someone thousands of dollars after the fact, we'll be there in real time, every time. Report Query If you or your ex has been a client of ours, their record is available to you. Upon request, a summary of each of our reports, including the finding made -- for or against a specific person -- can be sent out to your attorney. Witness Testimony When it comes time to present your contempt or child custody case, the witness(s) who authored your reports can be subpoenaed to testify to the report.
