Top notch service!! Drove out of my way to come here. They give loaner cars and the longest they had the car was 2 days. They always fixed it right the first time unlike Beverly Hills BMW.

I leased 2 cars from this dealership. You must ask for COACH! Yes, he goes by Coach cause he was the head coach of a football team out there in the South Bay. He is extremely knowledgable about BMWs and gave me an excellent deal with great customer service.
Fast forward, my car needed service. Scheduled an appointment with Daryl who's done a thorough inspection of the car and then sent it to be serviced and further inspected. He's given me a courtesy car for the entire period of the service and when I brought the car back, I had totally forgotten to fill up gas to the same level they had given it to me at. No questions asked, they waived the fee, gave me my car, with a bottle of water in it and a smile on their faces!
Awesome experience all around. Highly recommended.
