        This review is about the online appointments they offer through this site, not their ability to do hair, which I was never given the chance to find out.
        I made an online appointment 2 days before the requested appointment. I had to leave an email and phone number. I finally got an “appointment denied” message about 1.5 hours before the appointment time I had requested. No one called to offer an alternative or anything. I thought this was odd since their official website said they accept walk ins. If you don’t do online appointments, then you may want to delete this option on yellowpages.com.
        I had also read an old (2011) review on Yelp that said they always seemed confused on the phone about making appointments. It seems appointment scheduling has been an issue for years.

        This salon is awesome they make you feel right at home and do everything they can to make you happy! I have very thick wavy hair and Laura hi lighted it and cut it and i have never been happier!! She was so comforting and actually taught me how to blow dry my hair!!! I LOVE BRUNOS, and will deffantly be back very soon!

        Not recommended at all. I will never go back!! The first time I had my hair styled there they cut off almost a foot of my hair after having put their hand on my back to indicate that they wanted to cut off "some" because they "couldn't style long hair". I had grown out my hair specifically for my debutant and they just hacked it. It took me years to go back and try again. Then when I went back the lady messed up my bangs and I had to go back and have them fix it and was told that next time I should "tell the hair stylist that my hair looks differently when it is wet than when it is dry". Well duh!!! you think a hair stylist would know that!?!?!! I'm actually traumatized by the experience.
