Unlike the first poster, I have never had an issue with customer service. As a matter of fact, Luis has repeatedly gone out of his way to accommodate my appointment needs. He has even made me an appoint during his lunch break! The man is an angel on Earth! I get my Ouidad cuts from him. I walk out of his salon with flawless hair every time. I do not trust anyone else with my hair and recommend him to all my curly haired friends. Luis, you are a god!

Made an appointment over a month ago with Luis for a haircut for my girlfriend. She gets a message the night before saying unless we call back they will give away the appointment. We tried to call back and no one answered, today we called and left a message with assistant stating we are going. We get a call back from Luis stating he gave away her appt. He says that a lot of people book and never show up. Horrible attitude and customer service. Didn't care AT ALL. Do not go to this place.
