Real Estate Litigation
Brian’s practice focuses on representing clients in Oregon and Washington with respect to complex commercial litigation, including insurance coverage, insurance defense, food contamination, contractual disputes, real estate disputes, auto accidents, unfair trade practices, construction defects and bad faith claims. Brian prefers to keep his clients out of litigation but, when the time comes, will fight vigorously on his clients' behalf, both at the trial court level and in any resulting appeal.
Premises Liability
Elaine Brown is Of Counsel in our Tigard office. Her practice focuses on insurance coverage advice and litigation, insurance defense, commercial litigation, and toxic tort litigation. Elaine’s experience also includes environmental contamination litigation, complex civil litigation involving product liability and premises liability, and considerable work on appeals.
Construction Litigation
Andrew Moses is the managing partner in our Tigard office. His practice focuses on the representation of insurance carriers in coverage, bad faith, and contribution matters in Oregon and Washington. Andrew also represents insurers in construction defect matters, and he has obtained favorable rulings in state and federal court in coverage actions involving an insurer's duty to defend. Additionally, Andrew has experience in commercial bankruptcy and environmental contamination litigation.

Arlen's practice focuses on representation of insurance companies in complex insurance coverage disputes, and defense of insureds against personal injury and property damage claims. He has also handled several asbestos matters and obtained multiple dismissals for his clients. Arlen's past experience also includes work for FDIC involving personal/consumer bankruptcy and commercial litigation with an emphasis on creditors' rights, as well as products liability defense litigation. He has also served as a Special Deputy Prosecutor for King and Snohomish Counties.

Prior to moving to Oregon, Lori worked for a large Los Angeles firm where she handled numerous business and environmental litigation matters. Lori has extensive complex civil litigation experience in the areas of groundwater and soil contamination claims, products liability, partnership and shareholder disputes, bad faith claims, and commercial real estate.
