I have been going to VP Scottsdale on 92nd for years for Charcot, neuropathy, knee hip and back pain. All my doctors, nurses, PAs and staff have always treated me with respect and caring. I would give everyone there 5 stars.
Today I had the misfortune to have to go to the Bell Rd office. I haven't found out the name of the rude, unprofessional, women who clearly knew nothing about me or my case. She made unwarranted accusations, talked down to me and was late. If she thought I might of mixed any of my prescriptions she should of simply ask for a urine sample. I will find somewhere on a Sat who will test me so I can give it to my doctor and wait for her apology. I will call my doctor first thing Monday morning and let her know how incompetent, this women is. I have had 14 surgeries in my life and all kinds of problems and so much pain. I don't ever remember anyone treating me like an idiot looking for pills. I'm 61, I don't drink or smoke. I have worked hard my entire life. She had no right being so disrespectful. She should be fired! Karen Hoepf

Dr Goyle seems a very good, caring doctor, but he is hard to get in to see. You will generally have to see a NP or PA instead (though they seem nice, too). The office restroom is shared with a packed waiting room & patients that need to give samples to screen for drug abuse, and it is always dirty, often some part is broken or supplies out of stock (paper towels), and no "hats" are provided to help disabled persons collect their sample. The office personnel is atrocious at callbacks. Called w/question about test results, and it took 3 days and 5 calls to get a call back. Called on a Friday to get a refill as my 30 day supply would run out Sunday (pharmacy/dr office closed), 8:30am. By 11:30am no call back. Called again......they promised by end of day. Didn't come. The treat you like drug seeker and you make them do the math on 30 days and they agree, but still no same day call back. I've worked at hospitals and clinics, every one required all patients get calls before end of business day. This place is really bad about that, it is deeply upsetting and I don't like being treated like a drug seeker when I have NEVER abused my meds in over 10 years. The website is non-functional for making appts, questions or refill requests, reported that in March and it still doesn't work.

Believe the reviews. We went here for my wife because it was the only place covered by our insurance.
I cannot even describe how maddening this place is. They should not be able to practice medicine.

Office manager is so rude and could care less. I event tell her "It doesn't seem like you care" she says "within 2 minutes you accuse me of not caring so what do you want me to do"

Office staff never knowing who was doing what, left hand does not communicate to the right.

MRI of my lumbar spine when the issue is my sacrum and tailbone.

Torres had no idea what was wrong so pushed for injections. Said her MA would call and no one ever did, I call them and they have no notes to call or what meds to explain

I decided to stay but try a different doctor and Torres refused to transfer care to Goyle

I wish I had never gone here. I spent $400 and have no answers, lots of pain, and a huge amount of frustration.

I had an appointment with Dr. Torres, she did a full examination, reviewed my medical records, talked with me about a course of treatment of an injection under and ultrasound, how she would do the procedure, potential side effects, medication used, etc. First available date for the procedure was about a month later. I am in significant pain, but could wait a bit longer.

A few days before the procedure the office called and said Dr. Torres does not do this procedure and I'd have to reschedule with another doctor. I called back asking how this could happen and it must be a mistake. Dr. Torres called me back directly saying she does not due this procedure and just noticed it on her calendar. This doctor billed my insurance company, billed me for the remaining balance, saw me, did a physical examination, recommended a plan of treatment, was standing there when I scheduled it in person at her office, and now claims this is not a procedure she does.

I feel completely misled, I feel she misrepresented her ability as a physician. How could a doctor book an appointment knowing the condition going in, have medical records, see a patient for nearly an hour, bill an insurance company and patient for it, recommend a course of treatment, schedule it in person, then at the last moment claim this is not what they do?

I do not recommend seeing this doctor nor going to this facility that is very disorganized and sloppy.
