Although they are friendly, the pedicure I received was sub-par. The nail tech was very busy trying to upsell me to a more expensive pedicure that she forgot to trim and file the toenails on my left foot. She insisted that I needed the callous remover so I agreed to the more expensive service. She put a lotion on my feet but never filed them and I left with them as rough as when I went in. The nice touches like a warm towel were less wonderful when you leave with rough heels and rough nails for $38.00. The standard pedicure was $28.00 and my friend received that service and did not have any heel filing either. I can paint my own toes, I go for a pedicure to receive a work up on my feet and have a relaxing moment. It was not relaxing when the tech kept putting a menu of services in my face to show what I needed and did not perform the most basic functions of a pedicure. With nail salons every half mile or so, I would go somewhere else.
