Foot Locker

The manager here is the rudest person I have met to date. She is never helpful, if you ask where something is she tells you in a very snide tone to "Go look for it yourself!" I stood at the counter with a sweat shirt on the counter and my money in hand where she could see it, for twenty minutes while she ignored me and talked on the phone to some friend. The lady just before me was accused of trying to rip the store off when she came in to do a return that was the wrong size shoes. The manager told her "You have to bring back the right size shoes, I always check the sizes so I know you are trying to do a fake return and get free money out of me!"The manager is constantly yelling at her employees, calling them stupid and incompetent. She does these things not only in front of and to the customers but loudly enough for the entire store to hear. She really gets a kick out of making examples out of other people, employees and customers alike.
