K.B. Service Company

We had a leaking water heater and we initially had MSP come to our home and he gave us difference plans to get the problem fixed. The prices were too high. We asked about financing and because of our credit he told us that we would not be approved. He left, water heater still leaking, and told us to call him when we decide what to do. We were overwhelmed and did not know what to do.

I remembered we had the Xcel plan and I called them and K.B. Service came to our house. The plumber saw what the problem was immediately and told us that all we needed was a new valve. We bought the valve at Mennards for $10.00 and installed it ourselves. He said that our water heater was old and that we would need a new one soon but the immediate problem was fixed. We appreciated his honesty with fixing the leak and he did not try to sell us services that were not needed.

The plumber was professional, honest and very understanding to our needs, especially financial. We will buy our new water heater from K.B. when the time comes.
