Beware. Michigan Law Statue MCL 559.208 (1) provides that a condominium assessment lien does not have priority over "sums unpaid on a first mortgage". The Shiawassee Condominium Association (Southfield, MI) on 11/02/2010 through its attorney, Jeffrey Vollmer (Wegner & Associates, P.C.) foreclosed on Unit 108 addressed at 25340 Shiawassee. Unit 108 before, on and since 11/02/2011 was/is attached to a mortgage via Chase Bank. According to correspondence (11/15/2010) signed by Vollmer, "the Shiawassee Condominium Association" on 11/02/2010 foreclosed on Unit 108 and purchased it. Continue Reading. The best is yet to come. The Shiawassee Condo Association via Jeffrey Vollmer/Wegner and Assoc. presented Oakland County (Michigan) “a FALSIFIED DOCUMENT”. The 11/15/2010 correspondence submitted by Attorney Jeffrey Vollmer is also “a falsified document”.
