Pathetic customer service. I placed order and they accepted it as usual. I paid through credit card. After 1.30 hours I called them, they said its 11 miles (too far to deliver), on first hand they shouldn't have taken the order, and said will deliver in 20-25 minutes. after 1 hour I called them and cancelled the order. and asked them to make a refund. I haven't got mu order in almost 2.30 hours.

After 3 hours a delivery guy knocked at our door, and said here is your delivery and bill.

I said I had already paid through card, and have already cancelled the order.

They have communication gap, they ask for money which was already paid through card.

So be careful when you order.

Still haven't got the refund. i was told that the owner is gone home and will call you back in the morning. The next day i called him and he said we haven't charged the amount, i already had the message from the bank. He said i will call you back in a while. He called back and said the amount has been reversed.

Still its not done. A pathetic customer service fro these guys, the owner don't bother to call and apologize. BE AWARE!!!
