they are reliable and get me there on time. They takes me to wherever I need to go . They even wait for me I recommend them.

they always treat me with the personal touch I feel at ease with the drivers . I highly recommend them

I called for a cab on may 28th at 6:36 am to get a new job, they said it would be 30 too 45 nins. I sat outside on the front porch waiting, after an hour and a 1/2 I called back, they said someone was out but nobody was there. Then the driver they sent me purposely went a mile out of the way. I called and too file a complaint they told me too call back tues, which I did and talked too the owner, he told me no driver was ever on my street, they were 2 streets over. He said that one of his people got sick and had too leave, and all he could do is apologize, we'll you incompetent jerk that doesn't get my job back. All I can hope is Uber runs you out of business soon, that is the only $46 you will ever get out of me, also you don't even deserve a star, but it wouldn't let me post this until I rate you!!!!

I called them in need of service to get to work. They asked if my streets have been plowed. They have not, so i was instructed to walk to the nearest intercession (about a quarter mile away). I did so. after waiting for bout 5 min in the freezing cold, they showed up to my house. They then called me and told me they were there, to which i responded i'm down the street where they told me to go. is response was to say "to bad" and hung up. I called back, told the story, then got the same response in return, fyi this was just a few minutes ago.

Always late. never on time

They are always slow as heck (favorite line is 45 minutes to an hour) that is IF they show up at all!!! I called them 24 hours in advance to be picked up for a 7:00 am pick up and not only did they not show, they never called or answered the phone! I had to call Suburban cab and wait another 30 minutes to be picked up for WORK and I was the manager! I'm never callin them again, thumbs down Shamrock!

Prompt service. Very nice driver. Helped me with my groceries and my packages.

I Left a cooler full of stuff in the back trunk. When I called the next day they said no coolers where found and they check the all the trunks. Don't trust Shamrock Cab with anything!
