New Hope Boarding & Grooming

I heard good reviews, so I decided to off dropped my dog. When I came to pick him up, I notice one of his ears was severely bitten. Later, it had an infection and was confirmed by a vet. They did not bother to call me or notify me at all. They didn't tell me until I noticed his ears when I took him home. Don't come here! It may be clean but it's the worst dog place ever! THEY DON'T WATCH YOUR DOGS!!! and if you DON'T want your animals to be infected and hurt, then DON'T COME HERE!!!! I don't know about the positive reviews. They may be fake. I had a horrible experience!

The most important thing to me is the relationship that has developed between my dog and those who care for her at New Hope Boarding and Grooming. My dog never balks at going there and is always happy to see her care givers. Those who take care of her greet her with smiles, pats and hugs. I never worry about my dog when she's at New Hope Boarding and Grooming.

Kind of pricey but excellent groomers. Sometimes rude front girls but who cares if your dog looks good. I just ignore that and be happy cause my dog looks awesome! Love them anyway. They do dog training, too.

New Hope does an amazing job whether you are boarding your animal or taking on in to get groomed they are amazing. We take our cat that gets extremely furry to get groomed, well shaved quite a bit at least twice a year. The cat actually is mad about it the first 24 hours but loves it after. I recently took her to another place just do to timing constraints and scheduling and we were totally unhappy. Wished we had just waited until we could go to New Hope Boarding and Grooming! They have never let me down.

I have trusted New Hope Boarding and Grooming for many years now. My dogs and cats are always well taken care of, and always have a fun time. The staff is friendly and willing to answer any questions I may have whether it be about grooming or the health of my animal. I love that the facility is made specifically for boarding animals and they are always comfortable. There's also LOTS of different fun things in the store to keep my pets occupied, and a GREAT selection of food and grooming products.
