Valley's Best Auto Sales

Terrible experience with this dealer but want to expect from them as they are a small dealer. I purchased a vehicle from them in September of 2018 which is a little over a month a half ago and today 11/12/2018 my vehicle completely shut down Due to needing a new starter. Really? I haven't had the car for this long and now I have to make repairs on it and pay $450 to fix it. No thorough inspections are made to their vehicles so beware before purchasing. They also ONLY give you 1 month warranty. I took the car back to the dealer and spoke with Martin thinking it still had warranty and they had me take it to their shop next door and Martin tells me I dont have warranty that he will try to talk to his boss to see if they can help with anything. I called the finance company Lightning Fast Finance and spoke with Ana whom advised me that if I wanted to return the vehicle I have to do it by today and that they will call the dealer to "one one" the deal. Martin walks over to me and he asked me what I wanted to do with the vehicle and I told him that it was recommended to me by the finance company to return the vehicle and I wanted to do exactly just that. He was calling his boss Rami and Martin and the finance company were fighting back and forth as this was supposed to be a possible return. Then after them arguing I called the finance company and Ana had conferenced in her Manager who then says that I can't return the car so why was this option even given to me in the first place? I told them that I am not comfortable with the vehicle that if I was driving in the freeway and the vehicle shut down just like that it could have been a really bad accident. Point is their vehicle are DEFECTED. I will not recommend anyone to buy from them at all. STAY AWAY. The owner from the dealer RAMI immediately said that they were not going to refund me my $1500 downpayment and that they were not going to take the car back and threatened to SUE me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE STAY AWAY!

Stop at valleys best to check prices as well other car lot close by, ending up getting a car from Valleys best prices was lower than others very helpful staff they got me approved with low down payment not mentioning my credit not that good, very satisfied with my perchase. A+++++++

I cannot stress this enough but DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! The car I bought had myriads of problems with it before I had even had the car for a year. I spent more money fixing the problems than I did actually purchasing the car. Rami is very dishonest and he will get you to buy an "insurance" contract from AUL. This is a very unprofessional and very salacious business run by a VERY dishonest man, Rami. The car I bought a year ago from Valleys best auto sales no longer runs, I spent a lot of money repairing it and more problems would emerge. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!

i don't know much about cars, went in and everyone was so helpful and very nice and gave me options that best fit my needs. i have bad credit and they do financing. the owner is so nice and so helpful. i really appreciate everything he did for me. highly recommend this place to everyone who needs an affordable good used car.

My son bought a car from Rami Madain at Valley's Best Auto Sales and as soon as he got home he called me describing what I told him sounded like a transmission problem. We are now 60 days into the car, 45 of which it has been parked.



Rami the owner, who leaves his own Google reviews by the way saying what a great business this is, spoke to me today and told me that he wants my son to pay for half of the repairs on the transmission and then he will buy the car back.



He is attempting to extort 50% of repairs on a faulty lemon of a car he sold to my son after taking $2100 from my son & giving him a car that he KNEW had a bad transmission. My son said Rami attempted to talk him into buying an extended warranty on the car, telling him that THEY (the insurance company) would pay for the replacement.



Not only did Rami Madain sell my son a lemon of a car, he sold him a car which was dangerous to drive and thus put my sons life at risk. DO NOT BUY FROM VALLEY'S BEST AUTO SALES of RESEDA.

Agreed to buy a car- came back the radio was broken I was told it'd be fixed over the course of a month. Never fixed. The owner screamed at me and got all nasty when I finally pointed it out. They'll tell you they'll fix things then get angry when you actually ask them to.
