Hello there, this is Dr. Andrew Forster of Hillside Dental at Bethany. I am writing to address the negative review posted on this site. I would like to make it perfectly clear that we do not practice fraudulent or misleading business. It became clear to myself and our office manager that we have had some very serious issues with our billing and we are currently working very hard to check and audit every patient account to ensure better accuracy. I have also re-staffed my front desk position to help ensure that these problems are a thing of the past. I accept full responsibility for any inaccuracies. This is a completely fraudulent business practice. They tell you that they accept insurance; however, that ONLY means they take whatever insurence pays and then try to collect the rest from clients. That means they do NOT comply with insurance adjustments. So, you will end up paying 300% compared to "Bethany Dental" in the same complex.If you want to go there, be VERY careful, and do NOT rely on whatever they say verbally. Ask them for a written confirmation that they will agree with insurance adjustment. Otherwise you will end up paying 300%.When I asked them about this HUGE difference, they simply said, they provide better care! Well, you go and figure out.
