Jetport Cab

I have used Jetport Cab twice in the past year for round trips from the Portland Airport to Farmington, ME. The drivers are always prompt, courteous and helpful. Phone calls and e-mails are answered promptly and if a change in schedule is needed they adapt quickly. I just booked my third round tip with Jetport and will continue to use their services. As a female traveling alone I feel perfectly comfortable turning the driving over to Jetport.

Along with the excellent quality cabs comes exceptional service. The dispatcher and one of the principles of the company, Ilyas Sharif, is at the front and carries along with him the great reputation of Jetport Cab. An example of his excellent service came when in one day he was able to find a wallet with $200 in cash after he searched and found the driver. That same day, at around 4 PM, we met Ilyas outside of the Portland International Jetport and told him about my recent misplacement of my Iphone. After building a strong trust and bond with Ilyas, he tirelessly searched for the Iphone and eventually found it. Ilyas went out of his way to do a major favor for us and he certainly met the expectations. The tireless work ethic of Ilyas Sharif.
