The Pool Ninja LLC

Had an encounter with this gentleman outside walmart.

I believe his son was leaving work, and gettng into his vehicle as I walked past and he proceeded to verbally berate his son. "You dumb motherfucker keeping me here fucking waiting, how fucking dare you."

I said, "Hey man, don't talk to him that way.", and what I assume to be the owner, after calling the number to verify I had the correct 'pool ninja' proceeded to threaten to assault me, stated he and his family would " fucking kill me" while his what I assume to be a wife, or girlfriend in the vehcile proceeded to yell, and scream profanities, and bang on the passanger side glass window making faces.

They also proceeded to drive around the parking lot honking their horn, and yelling and screaming.

Upon looking at other reviews on yelp, and others and after getting in contact with the individual is mentally unstable, and should be avoided.

Unprofessional and arrogant. Claims he vacuums, but sediment remained at the bottom of the pool the entire duration I used this guy. Prices are not competitive with the numerous amount of pool companies in the area.

Always on time, always shows up. He cares about his job and it shows!! I had a question about a heater, he didn't have the answer right off hand, but he called me an hour later with more then enough info and links to make my buying experience easier.
