Precision Glass

So I let precision glass know I was in a hurry to get my new shower door in since I was living in the home and couldn't take showers until they did the work. They moved fairly quick and were going to install on a Tuesday until I got a call saying they forgot to order a part so it would be another few days. They came Friday unannounced. I was on my way out. While I was gone they put one track in the wrong place and while installing another track completely broke my brand new tile. They called and said they were done for the day and to let them know when I had fixed the tile. What?!? This was your fault. They also decided to just not go ahead and install the glass on the bathroom door. Still don't know why they didn't do that. Needless to say. I am unimpressed.
