Crystals Dog Spa

I tried this place 3 times the first time my dogs hair was cut too short and my other dog was still wet (not worth the $), I let it go, second time my dogs ear was cut, I figured he maybe was just being difficult, the third time they had raised their prices without informing me before hand when I scheduled, my dogs hair was cut wrong and he had 6 huge blood blisters i found later that night on his stomach, the place itself isn't very welcoming but the staff was nice enough but because of the repeated issues I had, even though I was trying to support a local business, I will not be taking my dogs there again.

I took my cat in as she was very matted and dirty. Crystal took very good care of her and groomed her very well. Got rid of all the matting and trimmed her nails (something she always fights me on). When I picked her up she was calm and I was very impressed. Thank you very much.
