        Overall

        We had a horrible experience at Jim's Auto. They changed parts that did not need to be changed, and wanted to charge $25/day for storage. Customer Service was very poor, owner very unprofessional. Will contact BBB.

        will not use this shop again! took car in for coolant leak issue, they replaced 1 hose and the charge was outrageous. and kept my car for about a week, then 3 days later my water pump went out!! took it to another shop and they had the pump replaced and ready to go same day!!!! I will not use jims again nor will i recomend him.

        Really like the service and knowledge about cars. Prices are reasonable, but be prepared to have to wait for the repair.
