Great team. They found a tenant as soon as I signed up my property with them. They handle all the tenant and maintenance issues and I regularly get my check every month. This is the Property Management team every Real Estate investor dreams of. Only one I will ever use.

We rented a place from them and had a horrible experience! The ceiling in our kitchen started leaking and I told mary and clara about it many times. They just gave us one excuse after another and totally ignored us on several occasions. Nobody came to fix it and eventually a part of the ceiling came down because of the leak. We had to move out and mary kept our security deposit stating that we broke the lease terms for moving out early. We are in the process of filing legal charges against them! RENTERS BEWARE!!!

STAY AWAY FROM PROPERTIES R US!!!!!!!! I am currently renting from this property management and I must say these are some VERY inexperienced individuals. They have the worst customer service EVER. It takes them more than 5 months to have things repaired or replaced, they are consistently going through new agents every month because they quit and there is no communication AT ALL!. I will never refer someone to this management.
