Small quaint restaurant. The owner is always there and very involved with the service to make sure your experience is everything you expect!! Very healthy and good portion sizes! Will definitely return!!!

We went to the Persian Garden Cafe early (before 6pm) and the restaurant was empty except for 1 family dining there. We were greeted and seated by a very polite and cordial gentleman (who turned out to be the owner) to our tables. The decor and atmosphere was very warm even though the restaurant was nearly empty. He helped us order some dishes, suggesting some entrees as this was our first time to his restaurant. While our order was being prepared, they brought out fresh fruits and vegetables for us to munch on - a great idea when you have children in the group. The fruits were very fresh!
Our main dishes were brought out and while I am familiar with Persian food, this had a different style to it. It felt more fresh and more on a fusion side. They use organic meats and vegetables. I guess that explains the higher than usual price tags on the menu:) All the dishes were delicious, though the lamb kofta kebabs were too smelly for me. I really enjoyed the brown rice pilaf and the herb and chicken stew...mmmm. We were served freshly baked wheat naan with our entrees.
All in all a very enjoyable evening. The owner/chef has pride in what he serves and creates...and it shows through. Thank you!

I'm 1/2 Lebanese and some of my relatives don't speak English or know American food. I know Mediterranean food. When we first arrived, we waited seemingly forever for somebody to come and seat us. There was an employee sitting next to us at the entrance that let us stand there and never cared to get anybody to help us.
Most the food was good but very heavily seasoned (rating about A-). Our appetizer was Babaganouj for $9 The portion was disappointing - very small for the price. The "fresh" bread, for our appetizer, was dry as a cracker and only one piece for the two of us. After another horribly long wait, I got up, went to the kitchen and asked for another piece of bread.
We always have water with our meals- no "beverage". The bill came near $40.00 before the tip. This is nothing like what I'm used from the Mediterranean restaurants back in Cleveland, Ohio.
