Botox
As surgery centers opened up again towards the end of 2020, there was a new trend in what brought patients into the office. Like the holiday photos in the past, patients that worked from home via Zoom, started seeing themselves in real time. This began a surge in not only Botox and filler treatments but in all facial procedures. This included eyelid lifts, brow/forehead lifts, cheek/neck lifts. Full face Co2 Skin Resurfacing became the most popular procedure that I performed in 2021. Patients said the laser procedure was the best “bang for the buck” due to its lifting and tightening results, and correction of skin discoloration.
Brow Lift
Patients having cosmetic injections of neuro-modulators, (Botox, Xeomin, Dysport) to eliminate forehead lines begin to experience heavy brows/upper eyelids as these muscles relax. Thigh Lift
If you feel that having a thigh lift or buttock lift would help you feel more confident, we will meet with you for an initial consultation and determine the best approach for your lift. Many of our patients have lost a significant amount of weight, whether naturally or through weight loss surgery. Face Lift
A non-surgical treatment, Skin resurfacing, using the CO2 (carbon dioxide) laser, is performed safely and comfortably at an outpatient surgery center. Like any other type of laser treatment or facial peel, the healing process is about 10 days before makeup is used. With each pulse of the CO2 laser there is visible tightening, lifting of the skin. It is the gold standard for smoothing the upper and lower eyelid skin texture and smoothing and tightening the lines around the mouth. The results are visible immediately and continue to improve for two weeks. As a minimally invasive, non-surgical procedure, the skin resurfacing may be performed on the upper and lower eyelids alone or the entire face feathering below the jawline. The central face may be resurfaced in conjunction with a facelift to tighten the part of the face that the lift does not improve directly. Neck Lift
For most men the area of the neck is the main concern. During the consultation, Dr. John Bass simulates how lifting the neck affects the total uniformity of the face.
