Nico's Carpet And Restoration

I'll give them 2 stars only because the cleaning was okay. Made appt. for 1:00pm they did not show until 4:00pm. They did call to let me know but I took time out of my day to make sure I was home. They took our area rug with them to clean and said they would return it after the weekend on Tuesday at 4:00pm. They never showed or called so had to call them at 5:00pm. Said they could bring it by at 8:30pm but I had plans so we re-scheduled for the following day at 9:00am. It's now 10:15am and they haven't showed up yet. I called and supposedly they will be here by 10:30am. I'm not holding my breath.
