Famous Bistro

Stopped by on a Monday afternoon, our server Jill was fantastic, really took care of us. Stopped by that next day for a drink, Jill apparently was not working, wait staff was less than attentive. Had one drink and went a few doors down.

The food and service was on point...everything was awsome the people was friendly and i would recommend it to anyone to try.

The Famous Bistro is Owensboro's crown jewel when it comes to food. Amazing food and excellent service. Make sure to place a dinner reservation as this restaurant is quite small and very popular.

I have had two opportunities to feed a large group of people in the last couple of months. Trying to determine what to order that would meet most people's taste was easy with help from the Famous Bistro staff . When the food was delivered and consumed there were no unhappy faces or voices - a great feat in this world of variety and expectations. Hoagies on fresh soft bread with potatoe salad and brocoli salad, pickles and peppers, and don't forget the huge delicious oatmeal cookies. I am so hungry!
