I have been bring my watch repairs here for the past five years, I have better service with them than I ever have using the manufacturer's warranty. They have an amazing collection of watches and beautiful grandfather clocks. I have recommended this store to many of my friends.

They're the best around. I've taken several watches and a grandfather clock there for repair and was very pleased with the service and quality of repair. I've been doing business with them for over 20 years and although not the most "timely" sometimes(due to volume)...its always done right. Recently bought a watch for my wife. Stopped working about a month after I bought it. Simply took it in and they took care of it no questions asked.

If you are looking for a clock repair don't make the mistake to take it to Miller clock like I did. They messed up with my clock and the only choice I had was to contact the Wisconsin general attorney.I also contacted the BBB of Wisconsin.this people are just crooks that doesn't deserve your businesses. Do a research before you send your clock or watch to anyone.

NEVER GOING BACK HERE!! I took my husband's watch here to repair the crystal face and was told that it was an easy repair that would be done very quickly. I called a week later because I hadn't received a call yet, they said it would be a few more days and that they would call me. When that day passed and I still hadn't received a call, I called a few days after that and was made to feel like I was stupid and crazy for thinking that it was supposed to be done by that day! The rude woman then told me basically not to call anymore because they would call me when it was done. It's been 2 weeks now and it's still not done, I would NOT RECOMMEND this place!

Wonderful & helpful staff, amazing selection of clocks, watches, jewelry & nicknacks! The watchsmiths are professional & caring. All around great business!
