        JW Machine is a minority owned 8(a) candidate Precision CNC Machine Shop in Orlando, FL, specializing in quality, close tolerance parts. Serving both military and commercial customers nationwide since 1991. Commitments to quality and customer scheduling deadlines are a top priority. Our modern state-of-the-art, climate controlled manufacturing facility offers the latest innovations in manufacturing technology. Scope of work includes, but not limited to, multi-axis milling & turning on CNC milling & turning centers, tooling and fixturing, welding, assembly, CAD/CAM design & consultation, engineering, prototypes to production runs in excess of 15,000 pieces with tolerances to .0001, with expertise in all materials, including exotics and plastics. Work sizes range from .03" diameter to 12.00" diameter in round material, to 22" x 44" in square material. Laser engraving & cutting, serialization, bar code, company logo, part numbers.
