Pros - They were relatively inexpensive. Cons - read on. I had a recommendation and they gave a low quote so I contracted them. Here is where they drop the ball: Instead of installing the proper downspout to the next level, they simply carve an "X" to the downspout to create a makeshift flange. As you can imagine this tremendously restricts the water flow and catches leaves like you wouldn't believe. I had to ask them several times to provide a downspout over a 75 foot run where one simply wouldn't do. After they left I had to add downspouts due to their negligence.

We had a gutter installed by Gutter King in Orlando FL. Installation was smooth and workers were nice. They told us that call us if there is any problem with it. We called several times and left messages and no one has returned calls. Finally after a several weeks received a call back that will schedule service. We got a call day before that an appointment scheduled for the morning and that we are the first stop. Waited home until 12:45 PM and no one showed up. Called and of course no one will pick up. Left VM. Receptionist called back to tell me that we are on the schedule but workers changed the route and that they will be there in the afternoon. I expressed dissatisfaction and that we should receive a call if there is change of schedule. It is very disrespectful. Well, wait! No one showed up even in the afternoon. Left another VM after 5 PM and still waiting for a call back. Very unprofessional, disrespectful and poor customer service. Be careful. I do not recommend them

Gutter King installed my gutters and did a fantastic job. The salesman was courteous and explained my options for gutter installation. I have referred several friends to gutter king and they all had very positive experiences. Knowing that all the installers are required to have background checks was also reassuring. I highly recommend gutter king.
