Can't stop smiling

I have been a patient under Dr. Wright for several years. I have to say the man is truly GIFTED!!!!
Dr. Wright put in an amazingly beautiful bridge. I was preparing for my wedding. As such, I was very nervous about the procedure, and how it would turn out (after all they were going to remove my six top front teeth to put in the bridge). He took the time to explain every procedure and was very supportive, they look so natural and I cannot stop smiling. I get complements regularly from strangers on how beautiful my smile is.
Dr. Wright is truly a perfectionist, to my benefit, and won’t stop until he has achieved it. I have benefitted from his extraordinary talents, professionalism and humanity. His staff is outstanding, and supper supportive. I cannot recommend him and his staff more highly.
Thank You Dr. Wright 

Professionalism

Dr. Wright is one of the meanest doctors most likely in Oklahoma. He comes in the patient rooms with a huff and is very sarcastic and arrogant. He makes you fear asking questions. I have never been treated so badly! His professionalism isn't even 1 star! Patients come to him for help, not to be criticized, ridiculed or talked down to. I will tell EVERYONE I know how horrible he is! If you care about your loved ones or yourself, don't go to him! He is an arrogant, pompous, malignant narcissist.

This guy got in my face and ask what I think he should do to help my wife's back pain. The most unprofessional I've ever came in contact with what a joke for a doctor or human for that matter.

Worst experience of my life. No bedside let alone any manners. He was a complete jerky and had no concern of my pain or issue.

Dr. Wright is the worse physician I have ever come in contact with! I had a neck injury almost two years ago, he treated me for a while, then told me I had to just live with it. I then went to a neurosurgeon, who in five minutes found the problem and performed surgery immediately. Due to dr. Wright not getting to it ASAP I now have more problems. My disc was folded in half!! Dr. Wright is a joke!! I am a very fit and educated individual, and my advice is to stay away!! Dr. Remondino is amazing!!! Go to him.

Spine surgeries: BEWARE. SAVE YOUR SPINE

Run for your life. I am 54 yrs old. I have adolescent onset scoliosis. As age 13 I had surgery to stop the progression of severe scoliosis. A Harrington rod was implanted. By age 21 the rod was causing problems for my lower spine with degenerating disks. They flattened out my normal curve when they implanted the rod. In 1991 I had surgery to fuse the degenerating disk. This surgeon made my problem worse by lengthening the flattened spine. By 2001 I was walking with a cane bent over nearly 90 degrees. It was very painful to move or even just sit. I went back to the same surgeon, not Wright, who told me to deal with the fact I was crippled. I started researching the Internet for answers. I found out what I had did have a name. It was known as FlatBack Syndrome. I called around OKC to see if anyone could help. I should have taken seriously the info I found that there were very few surgeons who could repair this. I called Wright's office where they said they could. They were excited to get me in soon. At last, I thought, relief is coming. By then the pain was so extreme I just wanted relief ASAP. However I did all the things your told to do before having this kind of surgery. Wright showed me a book he Co-Authored on the same subject. I was excited. I too thought of him as very arrogant. But who cares as long as he could fix me. I had two surgeries. The fist was removal of all my hardware. The second was the most agonizing thing I'd ever undergone. And here's the HORRIBLE part: After the second surgery Wright DID NOT COME TO SEE ME FOR DAYS! The PA checked everyday. The surgery was on Monday. They tried to move me Tuesday. I could NOT move AT ALL without the worst pain ever radiating down my leg. Pain where you can't talk. You just can't help but SCREAM AND SCREAM AND SCREAM IN PAIN whenever you move a centimeter. The PA telling him. Finally FRIDAY LATE, his highness came to see me and he induced the pain so he could see exactly where it hurt. I could not talk, just scream. Finally before my husband punched him I managed to get out 2 words or so. He had to heavily sedate me to get a CT Scan. He blamed on the tech who monitored my nerves during surgery. I was pretty much forced to let him redo the surgery. Bad outcome AGAIN! Within a month I was bending over forward PLUS sideways now. I got second and third opinions. I was told to stick with him. After 5 surgeries and pain and now terrible pain down my left leg constantly. By the way he put me on Neurontin and in my chart he said my leg pain was gone. A total LIE. I finally saw his medical partner who said go to Dr. Keith Bridwell in St. Louis. He fixes the messes other docs make and my spine was a horrible mess. He wasn't sure he could fix it since it was so bad. But he did. One surgery to remove hardware and one for pedicle screw subtraction? Think that's it. It's been 10 years and I'm still straight. But he couldn't fix all the problem Wright caused. That nerve damage will never go away. I'm telling this story to spare someone the INCREDIBLE AGONY THAT DR. WRIGHT CAUSED. DON'T DO IT. I WAS AFRAID OF THE POSSIBLE INCREASED $ COST OF GOING OUT OF STATE. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF. DON'T TRUST HIM. Thank you for reading this.

Dr.. Wright got my husband out...

Dr.. Wright got my husband out of his wheelchair. The original Neurosurgeon had performed a lumbar fusion which led to a bone infection. The infection deteriorated his entire lumbar region and required a Hickman Port for the antibiotics. The port caused several blood clots to form and that delayed the repairative surgery for 6 months. During that time, his spine collapsed and he was confined to a wheel chair. The original surgeon told us that it was too risky and basically "over his head". He referred us to another Orthopedic surgeon who took one look at the MRI and sent us straight to Dr. Wright. After an 11 1/2 hour surgery, my husband was able to stand up for the first time in over a year. That was 7 years ago. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!!!

I had my spine fused by anothe...

I had my spine fused by another surgeon in 2004 due to a very severe scoliosis curve. I currently have hardware from right below my neck, all the way to my waist. 2 years ago Dr. Wright took x-rays & an MRI & discovered that I had a broken Herrington rod. Unfortunately I was the primary breadwinner at that time & didn't have the ability to have anything done about it. I called their office last Monday for an appointment, now that I'm ready & able to have surgery. I was super suprised when they offered me an appointment for this morning! (Saturday appointments are kind of rare with ortho's) We looked over the imaging again & discussed the game plan & I should be having the surgery at the end of August/early September. Needless to say, I'll be posting a review after I have recovered from everything. He may come off as arrogant, or cocky to some, but it's mainly because he is very experienced & knowledgeable & knows what he is doing. He talked to my husband & I for 30-45 min. & we never felt rushed at all. Maybe appointments during the week are different, but we really did have a positive experience!

NICE FACILITY ARROGANT DOCTOR

I went with my son to visit this doctor to find out what was wrong with his back. The staff was outstanding but the doctor was rude and very arrogant. He didn't even take time to look at the MRI.
