Good value for the money. Very clean and nice staff.

We moved into Ashwood in early February 2010. We've had nothing but problems, since. We're still waiting for a dishwasher replacement, that was promised by May 2010. The sinks have leaked the whole year we've been here. Last night, the oven element exploded. There was no reason for it. We went weeks without heat and were told to turn the oven on. The air hasn't ever really worked properly. We had an eliectrical issue that went on for weeks that wouldn't allow us to use the hot water heater, the stove, or the fridge while running the A/C. Nevermind any combination of the previously mentioned appliances. We had to choose between keeping the food cold and taking a shower. The pool is a joke. It's clean the first day it's open (assuming they get it open before Labor Day), and then it's a filthy mess until they close it. The atmosphere is depressing, the property is always littered and they aren't quick to fix anything. But, if you owe them money, it gets them moving. The neighbor got an eviction notice for $3. Seriously? Going by the office and trying to talk to the new manager, is impossible. She's never there. Leaving messages, is futile because nobody every calls back. Avoid this apartment complex unless you enjoy paying for headaches!
