I love this place. The reason why I gave it four stars was because the dental assistant doesn't speak that well of English. Also, her teeth are pretty bad. Not sure why Dr. Kizy won't fix them. But, Dr. Kizy is amazing. He knows his stuff.

Best experience ever! If it wasn't for Dr. Kizy, my father would not be alive. He found a tumor and referred him right away! Now my dad is alive and healthy. Not to mention I am his patient as well. I don't have dental insurance and they worked with me. Very affordable place. Staff is amazing.Thank you medaplex dental!

This is one of the best dental offices in Michigan. The doctor is very kind and whenever he works on my teeth, he makes sure everything is alright and takes his time. Im not understanding why he has such bad reviews. I love coming here and I recommend this office.

I had a very good experience with this dental office. The dentist is very gentle and caring, and the staff is very friendly and easy to get along with. The office is also very clean and professional. I highly recommend this office.

I love this dentist. My whole family and I have been coming here for over 10 years. Dr. Kizy is very compassionate as well as his staff. He does amazing with my children. I highly recommend him!

NEVER GO HERE!!!! This place is a joke. They cleaned my teeth in less than a minute! (I'm a conscientious brusher, but still) The staff are pretty nice but the place is in poor condition and charged me for procedures I did not receive. I left for another place and lost 500dollars. NEVER GO HEREEE!

Worst experience EVER! The place was a joke! The "cleaning" took the "dentist" (not hygenist) 2 min as he rushed through my teeth...no floss....not even a rinse. The "X-Rays" took 25 min as the lady had no idea what she was doing. All this and they said I had a $100 co-pay on my insurance. Yeah, cleanings and x-rays are NEVER 100% covered. What a joke! STAY AWAY!!

I went to Dr. Kizy in March of this year. I was okay until he came into the room. The staff was pleasent and helpful. They took x-rays and such. When Dr. Kizy came into the room he said that he could not do anyting for my tooth I came in for because it was swollen. I understood that but then he proceeds to stick me in the mouth to fix another tooth with out numbing me up first. That was SOOOO painful. I have NEVER been to a dentist that did that before. I was crying and shaking because he knowingly put the needle right where my tooth was swollen at. I will NEVER go back to him again.

I completely disagree with Watkins. My experience at Medaplex Dental was very pleasant. I came in to have my wisdom tooth extracted and for some fillings. The office was very neat and clean, the staff was great. I waited maybe 15 minutes before I went back. The extraction was painless and my tooth was impacted. I didn't have any insurance at the

time and they gave me a very reasonable deal. I would recommend Medaplex Dental to anyone who requires an experienced Dentist and friendly staff.

I thought the office manager and the doctor were very pleasant but that is as far as I would go as to say anything pleasant about the office or my experience with this dental office.



I have a few examples of the terrible experiences that I had with this office.



I always scheduled appointments and would tell the receptionist what services I needed. One time, I had to wait over two hours for a scheduled appointment.



Another time, I had to get a crown for a cavity I was told that was too big to fix with just a filling. I can deal with that. I have started going to another dentist and I now need to get the crown that was just put on by this office replaced and fixed. So, basically I am paying twice for the same procedure and to have it fixed when once when should have been ample.



The last time, I made an appointment for x-rays, a cleaning, and to have a cavity fixed. I knew that a cavity had fallen out and needed to be fixed. When I went to this appointment, x-rays were taken and I received, at tops, a five minute cleaning. The cavity was not fixed. I was told that I needed to make an appointment to have the cavity fixed because the doctor said he didn't know that I needed that done and that he didn't have the time but mind you the receptionist had called me the day before to confirm the appointment and reminded me that I was going to be getting x-rays, a cleaning, and a cavity filled.



Even though the office manager and the doctor were pleasant, I would not recommend this dental office or staff to anyone.
