BMI ROAD SERVICE

We have been waiting for over 24 hours for Triple A to locate a service provider that could bring my husband's truck home and after 35 hours BMI Towing picked up the order and brought the truck home which was a 150-mile drive. The issue was Triple A did not have providers available that could that were credentialed to drive cross state lines. The driver that pulled up his name was David he was pleasant, he had a smile on his face, and we are grateful for him and the company he works for. Customer service is everything, always remember why you are doing what you are doing and treat people with dignity, respect and have humility. You never know when you can be in that persons shoes.

Stay away. Consigned thru AAA for long distance tow. Driver didn’t secure tow truck and it backed into my 5 mos old vehicle causing $8K+ worth of damage. Wasted all morning trying to be nice by using “their” body shop. Owner balked when he saw the bill and told me to submit to my insurance leaving me with the “bill”. Took out my entire front clip with additional damage to driver side bumper, pass fender pushed into door and a great deal of damage underneath. In the end, blamed me for the damage. Police report says otherwise.

This is the greatest towing company. They have amazing customer service and one of the best attributes is that they speak both English and Arabic.

Honestly the most courteous and professional service company I have ever experienced, I highly recommend their towing B M I is great I am totally satisfied with their service every single time !! You guys are life savers

I have used BMI at least 6 times. They provide great service and are extremely quick at arrival. Also very experienced and knowledgeable. I always return to them and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

only trust these people to lie. I had a car towed here by triple a, it cost me 381 dollars damages they did to it. I have canceled triple AAA as a result. I will be taking them to court.
