J is fluent in English and Spanish and she provides a calm presence in both the lab and in our dental emergency operatory. She provides a much needed extra set of hands for the doctors and the assistants. On any given day you may find her taking x-rays, assisting the doctors and helping the lab. She is certified in coronal polishing and sealant application and she holds CPR and OSHA Certification as well.

Also a Chicago native, Dr. Tage Welindt, DDS has been serving smiles in Oak Park since 1985. Before creating beautiful smiles, Dr. Welindt attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he received a Bachelor of Science degree. After graduating he attended University of Illinois at Chicago where he graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. Dr. Welindt is currently a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS) and the Chicago Dental Society (CDS). Also, he is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD).
