        Overall

        Went in for a advertised $79 brake change. $309 later I felt robbed. I knew the brakes needed to be changed. They said the brakes were not terrible yet I needed new rotors. I reluctantly agreed to a price of $229 when the final bill came I was in shock the manager said it was the brake flush that drove up the rest of the cost.

        Came for a simple 15 minute tire repair, got told It would be about 2 hours before they could see me, 4 hours later I am still waiting for my one tire to be fixed

        I went for tires my fronts wer...

        I went for tires my fronts were almost new the backs were worn. Although it was obvious Kenny insisted on changing the almost new tires as well as the old ones tried to ignore my protests until I threaten to call the police. Had the work done at a family owned place in south dutchess no problem.

        Sloppy work

        I am a fan of mavis but this facilty is sloppy. They screwed up an oil change (did not place gasget) oil leaked almost ruining the engined. High pressure sales prices changed between phone quote and coming into the shop. The manager is strange guy try another shop.
