Peterson Moving Company

I had a scheduled move at 2pm. At 2pm, I got a call saying that they were gonna be late, because the job they had before my move was gonna take longer. So they said its gonna be another hour or so. The hour turned into almost 5 hours in waiting. So basically I started moving close to 7pm. The president of peterson moving said that they couldnt find the place and that they were gonna be late. He said there would be a discount because of the tardiness. Once they arrived the got everything in the truck and then the truck wouldnt start. That took about another 15-20 minutes of my time. They had to push the truck and got it started. Everything got unloaded and the total move came out to 2 hours and 40 minutes and that's included the truck stalling. So we called the owner of peterson moving for the final price and it was ridiculous even after the discount. We came to a final price after some talk. The funny thing is after the movers left, the owner called and started to cuss and yell at us. We were like what's going on. How do you run a business after getting paid and then complaing to the customer about the bad service you provided. They may seem to be nice and reasonable, but when it comes to customer service, they have none. I would've have gone with different movers that are more reliable and paid a few more bucks.
