Hematology Oncology Of Indiana PC

So far, not impressed at all with my first visit. While the staff was very friendly and accommodating, everything else about my visit was painful. I was told when I made my appointment that I could do all of the paperwork online only to find that your staff still needs it done on paper when you arrive so that was a total waste of my time. Luckily, I arrived early and still had it completed before my appointment. Then I waited an hour after my appointment to see the doctor to spend a total of 10 minutes with him. If I have to be early to see the doctor, the doctor could at least be on time to see me. Next, I found out that I needed additional blood work which you said you could do on-site. While waiting longer to do the blood draw, I found out that you couldn't do it there because you don't take United Healthcare for lab work even though you take it for the visit which would have been good to know before my visit since I confirmed my insurance twice before I even came. Now I have to go to other labs multiple times at another location before coming back to the doctor here. You also have limited office hours (9-4:30, M-F only) so it's pretty impractical to people that work a M-F job to take that much time off when you're going to be late and waste my time as you did on my first visit. I hope you can improve or I'll be forced to look elsewhere.
