        Continues to be bad service. Went to the lunch buffet and the host needs to be retrained. He needs to be taught that you seat people in order they walk in. Don't start with the people who walked in last that are your friends. I know there were three of us that turned around walked out because of that. Plus the only empty tables were filthy and no one seemed to be interested in cleaning them. Good place that has gone to DOGS literally. I give it zero but had to give a star to get this online.

        Was asked to hold... so after holding for 20 min, desided to go to Pizza Hut and place my order there. In the process I did not hang up the phone. When I got there placed my order, paid for my order still on hold mind you, they didnot pick up the house phone and take my order. Continued to hold for another 10 min. Jeeze you would think they were slammed, they were not. Only 2 tables were dineing in. So if you want pizza hut pizza from this location..... just go get it! 2512 lebanon rd, nash tn REALLY bad customer service skills.

        This franchise of Pizza Hut doesn't give the best customer service in my opinion. Whenever I went, I got the feeling I was bothering the staff. Also, their system was down a lot which caused excessive wait times. I now use another franchise under what I presume is different management:(

        Worst service ever! Manager was rude along with the girl that answered the phone! I have ordered from this store 4 times! I ordered on 11-29 she told me hour an 15 mins. I decided to call back an pay with my card. I payed for my food 25 mins after I ordered my pizza talked to the same girl. Waited till it had been an hour an 20 mins an called back an she goes omg I have been calling u to.tell u we don't deliver to your address. But they have three other times! She said she has been calling me but of course that was a lie. Don't order from them just order dominos!
