Plaza Dental Group

I am totally satisfied with Plaza Dental Group. In Murrieta, CA 92563.

The staff is Excellent and DDS David Nam is the Best Dentist I have ever known, in my 65 years.

I highly recommend Plaza Dental Group.

I was so optimistic about this office. Reading my old review made me so sad. There is a new dentist in the office and most of the staff changed.



I went back over and over again for over a year to let them 'make things right.' I was talked into spending so much money. I trusted the doctors. I finally wised up when I was getting more and more expensive new problems diagnosed that weren't there even 3 months earlier.



The last straw was when my gums were literally burned off during a teeth whitening procedure. Picture huge chunks of painful black gums falling off when you brush. My new dentist is appalled at the awful dental work that was done here. My gums may or may not fully grow back. I am currently having to re-do the work they did and constantly worry about the work breaking.



I now know they were over-diagnosing me and charged me for so much work that was unnecessary. I found hundreds of dollars that my insurance company says I was over billed for. It was a huge fight to be reimbursed. It makes me sick to my stomach when I think of the waste of time and money this place was. :(
