        Very professional and made me feel very comfortable. Did not try to over sell me and helped me to understand what would happen to my very old system. We will call them when it's time for a new system for sure.

        Overall

        Didn't rip us off! Called after hours and told them very pregnant daughter came home to no AC on a pretty hot day. The technician was there from the next county in about 30 minutes. He found it was just thermostat batteries but checked everything real good since he was already there. We still paid the service call because he did come out and certainly earned it. We will call them first from now on!
