A feeling as if the lawyer can not do anything and only thinks about money. I dealt with him, and even the enemy would not advise.

I drove past this business a thousand times since I've worked in the area 9 years. I always saw his lettering for wills and trusts. I finally decided to check it out and take care of business. The guy offers a comprehensive estate planning service (living trust, durable power of attorney, etc) for a really decent price. I even took some his flyers to give to some of my friends. His flyers advertise $800 ($799) for the basics. I priced the service elsewhere and it was much more expensive. I had an appointment the same day I called. A few days later I returned to sign my paperwork. I noticed a few things that needed to be changed and he made the changes on the spot. My final paperwork was ready within a week. The service even included a property deed transfer into the trust. Although this is the kind of thing I avoided doing for a long time (who wants to think about death?) I feel better now that it's done. I didn't know it at the time, but the attorney is also a former judge. There's a picture of him in his office.

Very nice in the initial visit to get a trust updated and collect his charge. After J.B. returned the trust and there were mistakes on it he became very impatient with elderly mom who is a spanish speaker. Eventually was able to get the papers corrected when other family member intervened. Would NOT recommend him at all.
