Dr. Todd Daniel Fleming, MD

Urology associates have been my doctors since I was 19 years old, decades ago. Dr. Engle and Dr. Lundblad have retired. Two very compassionate brilliant men but not only diagnosed me well but also everyone I referred there. There was a time that one could get into see these doctors same day for urgent needs. Although this is no longer true, times have changed for the medical industry as a whole and getting into any specialist is generally a wait. I've never had trouble with billing and I have been to urology associates as recently as last month. Dr. Skemp, Dr Ugarte and Dr Fleming have all been great. Yes, sometimes they are rushed as the need for urologist is great and they have numerous customers, however they normally take plenty of time and their expertise is excellent. These three doctors are very kind.

Terrible business!! Avoid at all costs, their billing is ridiculous and their bed side manner is far sub par!!! Just out for your money, the U of M has much better all around service and an amazing surgeon

They have an odd billing practice where they ask for your out-of-pocket expenses before performing procedures.

I find the clinic deficient (no clinical trials listed) and lacks general empathy. The customer service is poor and the clinic director is adversarial. She doesn't get the facts before she accuses you. Don't ever cancel appointments - even at their urging, advisement, or within their cancellation times or they will yell at you!
