        Today I had a very interesting experience where the printer and computer systems where down. I spoke with a red hair lady she had a rude attitude explaining to me the situation. However, a young man step in when he seen how I was treated. He stop what he was doing reset the computer and tried his best to reach a solution. The best customer service I received from this store in a long time.
