So on a plus side, every 2 minutes we were asked if we needed help but when we got to the counter to purchase a hamster for my 4 year old we were told we cannot make the purchase unless I had my picture id because I was using my debit card. While I appreciate them trying to protect identity theft they should have a sign posted somewhere so customers are aware of this policy, secondly who is gonna steal someone's debit card to make a hamster purchase? And #3 I could've put in my PIN number, surely that means that I'm the owner of the card?! And also I believe their return policy must be within 7 days?! Which is also ridiculous... Will not be returning

They do have a huge inventory, however I take issue with them buying and selling kittens (who often look sick). Also the return policy is ridiculous. I paid cash for something that cost $17.00 and in order to return it I not only had to sign up for a frequent buyer card, but they told me they can't refund more than $5.00 in cash so I had to take a gift card. I don't even want to shop there again, but now I have this dammned gift card to use or lose $17.00.
