Overall

I have a 1997 Acura 2.5TL, with 197,000 miles. I developed a major oil leak, so naturally I took my car to Acura of Memphis for repair. I was first told that my repair would total the car, so it would be best to trade it in and buy a new Acura. I couldn't afford that option, and a friend recommended Precision Honda Specialist of Memphis. I called them, and right off the bat, they told me what it would cost to fix my car. To give you a estimate, they were $1,800.00 less that Acura, and guaranteed their work. To make a long story short, they fixed my car for around $500.00, and there are no oil leaks, and the car runs like new. These are now my go to guys for any repair, period!! I highly recommend these guys to anyone. They are honest, fair, and do outstanding work!!

Im writing to sincerely apologize for the poor review I posted last week The problems I was having with my car are resolved or will be resolved soon. I have had a change of heart and would recommend Precision Honda Specialists to anyone who needs excellent repair service. I truly regret posting the bad review and admit that it is not one of the smartest things I ve done since I was upset when I posted the review. Please forgive me guys, I shouldnt have posted the review and I deeply regret doing so. I ll continue to use your business for all of my future car repairs. Sincerely, Baldy.

I would not recommend Precision Honda to any one. They are not a reputable business. I took my car to them to have them repaired. They had the audacity to ask me to help pay for parts before they even started working on my car? That should have been my first warning. However I am reporting them to the BBB. I paid 1500.00 for repair on FRI and SAT my car stopped on me in the middle of traffic and is not operating . The mechanic quit.Information was not communicated to me professionally. Quotes on the cost of repair constantly escalated fromthe original quote. I do not recommend this business to anyone, They are terrible and a complete rip off........

dishonest & didn't fix my issue‎‎ car would not drive due to bad catalic converters. they never diagnosed the problem correctly. they said it was a computer problem. they charged me $215 for a tuneup and diagnosis. "$18/ea for double platinum" spark plugs. i checked the plugs. they were old and they were ACDelco plugs that sell for $3/ea. they sent my car to another shop to get fixed. the other shop said that the plugs were not replaced and they are still old. so basically they did nothing and charged me $215.00
