College Park Apartments

Horrible management and office staff. They refuse to answer the phone and they will congregate in the office and refuse to open the door for residents who have questions or concerns. They will say they put in a maintenance ticket for you but when the problem is never repaired they will say a ticket was never put in. Management could care less about the residents. Nothing gets fixe . If maintenance does come they only PATCH things they never fix them.Previous lazy Management has been replaced with more lazy, rude management

My mother stay here and it is horrible management really don't care.......I just don't understand there is people in this work needing a job and the people in the office just sit around and do nothing don't answer the phones, they want fix anything i just don't understand why they are still there.

It's horrible living over here they don't fix nothing. You can never get no one on the phone because their always away from their desk! They have bad communication skill it just need to go up under new management
