Will never work with them again. They completely overcharged for fixing a water heater. For the price to fix the water heater we could have purchased a completely new water heater and saved an additional $600. Also they never properly communicated the charges ahead of time. When we approached them about the price they were rude and did nothing to fix the situation. Instead they said, "Fine... don't ever do business with us again." Totally unprofessional.

I had M&M Service Plumbing and Heating repair my furnace after the April 18 flood in Naperville. They came out and repaired my furnace and water heater, (both were under 30" of water) and charged me a reasonable rate. I would definitely recommend them.

This is the 2nd time that I have called for service. The 1st time was for our bathroom shower (thumbs up). This time for our laundry room sink...not draining properly. My husband purchased a P Trap, used a snake and plunger (hand snake not long enough). He is very handy BUT also knows when it's time to call in the professionals. I did not expect service the same day-a pleasant surprise. The technician opened the trap (it cracked as soon as he touched it), replaced it w/what we purchased (would have been more if company used own parts) cleaned out the pipe w/a motorized snake and was done in about 45 minutes. Both technicians were courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves - would DEFINITELY recommend.
