Franconia Brewing Company

This is one of only 2 breweries in Dallas area. It is a new place, with a young German brewmaster who sticks to the traditional purity law, and uses 'green' practices. You can arrange for a tour, which is very informative, and the beers are outstanding. Franconia beers are served on tap at popular establishments in McKinney, at places such as at The Londoner, Good Hues, Rick's Chop House, Buffalo Wild Wings, and also around the Metroplex, such as Fox & Hound, Humperdinks, Bavarian Grill and many others.
