Wow!!!im amazed by the mentality of some people. This freakin lying lady posted lies about Pandora. I was there when all this sit went down. It was Manager that called the police not her. The manager did the right thing by replacing all the liars jewelry. She posted lies!!!! By naming the manager and saying that she didn’t respond with the truth. The manger waited for the police to be witness to all this ladies madness. I can’t imagine why people use social media to burn other people when it turns out the liar got away all new jewelry.

For anyone needing reviews I personally would go to the official website. Those are true verified actual customers like me giving they true experience and purchasing jewelry from the store. Very friendly employees and they know me by name.

MANAGER NAMED ROXY HUNG UP ON ME AND SHE WAS THE STORE MANAGER AND “DISTRICT” manager!! Very rude customer service! Didn’t want to return a brand new item I purchased and never used!! Will NEVER go to this pandora ever, make sure to look at your items before purchasing they sold me something that was used and I didn’t know that until I tried to return it! HORRIBLE PLACE

Worst customer service!!! everytime I have gone I have walked out upset. Seems like every time I want to get my bracelet cleaned they aren't doing cleanings. I'd rather drive an extra 15-20 minutes to go to the pandora that is inside of karlas jewelry.
