This is the best customer service ever!!! Our A/C went bad a couple of days ago and the first guy we had come out, goes by the name "Fair Air Willie" , wouldn't even touch it, he said and neither would any other repair service, "they'll all tell you to replace it." He wasn't clear on what needed to be replaced but was more than ready to tell me where and how to go about replacing and upgrading it too.



A/C Repair, Inc. came in and quickly assessed the problem and started on it right away. He replaced all the parts that had gone bad and also changed some wiring to help our air run more efficiently, because apparently our heater and A/C were running at the same time, so as not to waste electricity and actually cool our house properly. He was helpful, and explained everything and above all HONEST, which was the best part. If you ever have A/C problems this should be the first, and quite possibly the only company you should call!

WOW!. My A/C went out on Friday afternoon, 30 Dec 2011. I called several places and all were to busy to be bothered or couldn't get out until Monday. That meant no A/C or heat all weekend. I came across this GREAT company on-line and called them. They inmmediately sent out a repairman. It turned out repairs on our 9 year old unit was going to cost more than we wanted to spend on it and asked for a quote on what a new unit, inside and out, would cost. Lewis went out to the truck and talked to Eddie and came back with a price at least $2,000 less than I expected. Knowing the next day was New Years Eve, I asked when they could do it. Lewis replied they'd do it the next day (New Years Eve). Can you imagine? They had to call out their supplier and get the unit and they arrived bright and early New Years Eve to install the unit. We were so surprised at the great service and are so VERY pleased with the unit and the price. It looks great, runs great and is nearly totally silent. Eddie, Lewis and Mike are really great and I really appreciate them. If you want the best and want it done right, call these folks!

MY AC went out last night. I had Northside Air Conditioning come out. I have one of their brouchures "Glorifying Christ by Exceeding Expectations." He was very polite.



He started out by telling me oit was the capacitator (which I knew from a friend). They the part above it was fried. It was running. THEN, he told me the compressor was frozen in place and then, word-for-word, "Two choices: replace the system or replace the system." His systems are $5,000. My house is 1,000 feet.



I have a TempStar outside. So I called TempStar. Out in 1/2 hour. Got in there.

The guy from Norhside had taken out the old capacitator and taken it with him, cut off the wires, and cut the wires to the thing above.



AC just replaced the cacitator and put new adapters on everything (they were cut off).



Northside also charged me a $94.00 service call. I am going to cancel payment on the check.

I called this company for a second opinion after being told I needed a new unit by another well known company here in Tampa. Come to find out I didn't need a new unit. The reparis were $350, thats $4000 dollars cheaper than the other company. I would recommend this company to anyone. Honest and fair pricing.
